Q. How often can I submit an invoice?
A. We only recommend submitting one invoice a week and our recommend days are Monday or Tuesday. Although the system will allow you to submit an invoice as often as you like it is really unnecessary and can make tracking your billing more complicated. Covansys only has one billing run each week on Thursdays and for electronic invoices to be processed they should be created no later then Wednesday by 5:00 pm.
